In my 1:1 consultations, you can choose between a Personalised Meal Planning Session or a Pantry/Fridge Reset Session.
+ Personalised Meal Planning Session:
I will introduce you to my meal planning blueprint and guide you on how to incorporate it into your family’s routine. This session is ideal if you already have a basic understanding of whole food, additive free living but need support with consistency and meal planning.
+ Pantry/Fridge Reset Session:
I will audit your pantry and fridge, providing clean swaps for your staples. Together, we’ll review the items you use most frequently and explore whole food, additive free alternatives. This session is perfect for those new to whole food, additive free living.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and includes goal setting beforehand, along with 7 days of email support afterward to help you stay on track.
